Noon Saakin & Tanween
النُّون السَّاكِنة والتَّنْوِين
The four rules that govern a silent Noon or Tanween.

📖 What is it?

When a Noon Saakin (نْ — noon with sukoon) or Tanween (ـً ـٍ ـٌ) is followed by another letter, one of four rules applies depending on that next letter.

1) Izhar — اِظْهَار (Clear)

Pronounce the noon clearly, with no nasal merging. Applies before the six throat letters:

ءهعحغخ

Example: مِنْ هَادٍ يَنْأَوْنَ

2) Idgham — اِدْغَام (Merging)

Merge the noon into the next letter. Letters: يرملون (remembered as يَرْمَلُون).

With Ghunna (nasal) for ي م و ن; without Ghunna for ل ر.

Example: مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ مَنْ يَعْمَلْ

3) Iqlab — اِقْلَاب (Converting)

The noon is changed into a hidden meem sound with Ghunna, occurring only before the letter:

ب

Example: مِنْ بَعْدِ سَمِيعٌ بَصِير

4) Ikhfa — اِخْفَاء (Hiding)

Pronounce the noon partially hidden with Ghunna, before the remaining 15 letters (all letters not in the other three rules).

Example: مِنْ قَبْلُ أَنْتُمْ

💡 Tip: First check the letter after the noon — if it is a throat letter → Izhar; if ب → Iqlab; if يرملون → Idgham; otherwise → Ikhfa.
🟢
Meem Saakin
المِيم السَّاكِنة
Three rules for a silent Meem (مْ).

📖 What is it?

When a Meem Saakin (مْ) is followed by another letter, one of three rules applies.

1) Ikhfa Shafawi — اِخْفَاء شَفَوِي

Hide the meem with Ghunna when followed by the letter ب.

Example: تَرْمِيهِمْ بِحِجَارَة

2) Idgham Shafawi — اِدْغَام شَفَوِي

Merge meem into meem with Ghunna when followed by another م.

Example: لَهُمْ مَا كَمْ مِنْ

3) Izhar Shafawi — اِظْهَار شَفَوِي

Pronounce the meem clearly before all remaining letters (everything except ب and م). Take special care before و and ف.

Example: أَلَمْ تَرَ هُمْ فِيهَا

🔴
Madd (Elongation)
المَدّ
Stretching vowel sounds by their correct counts.

📖 What is Madd?

Madd means to elongate (stretch) the sound of a vowel using the madd letters ا و ي. The length is measured in harakaat (counts).

Madd Tabee'i — الطَّبِيعِي (Natural)

The basic 2-count elongation, with no hamza or sukoon after it.

Example: قَالَ يَقُولُ قِيلَ  2 counts

Madd Muttasil — المُتَّصِل (Connected)

A madd letter followed by a hamza in the same word. Obligatory.

Example: جَاءَ السَّمَاء  4–5 counts

Madd Munfasil — المُنْفَصِل (Separated)

A madd letter at the end of a word, followed by a hamza at the start of the next word.

Example: فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ قُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ  4–5 counts

Madd Laazim — اللَّازِم (Necessary)

A madd letter followed by a permanent sukoon or a shadda. The longest madd.

Example: الضَّالِّين الْحَاقَّة  6 counts

💡 Keep each count steady and equal. Do not rush the 2-count or over-stretch the 6-count.
Qalqalah
القَلْقَلَة
The echoing sound on قطب جد letters.

📖 What is Qalqalah?

Qalqalah is a slight echoing or bouncing sound produced on certain letters when they carry a sukoon (or are stopped upon). The five letters:

قطبجد

Remembered together as قُطْبُ جَد.

Sughra — صُغْرَى (Minor)

When the Qalqalah letter has a sukoon in the middle of a word — a light bounce.

Example: يَجْعَلُون أَطْعَمَهُمْ

Kubra — كُبْرَى (Major)

When you stop on a Qalqalah letter at the end of a word — a stronger bounce.

Example: الْفَلَق مُحِيط أَحَد

🟡
Ghunna
الغُنَّة
The nasal sound held for two counts.

📖 What is Ghunna?

Ghunna is a nasal sound that comes from the nose, applied for about 2 counts. Its root letters are ن and م.

Strongest Ghunna

Most complete when the noon or meem carries a shadda (مّ / نّ).

Example: إِنَّ ثُمَّ عَمَّ

In other rules

Ghunna also appears within Idgham (with Ghunna), Iqlab, Ikhfa, Ikhfa Shafawi, and Idgham Shafawi.

Example: مَنْ يَقُول مِنْ بَعْد

💡 Hold the nasal sound smoothly for 2 counts — not too short, not exaggerated.
🟤
Waqf (Stopping Rules)
الوَقْف
Where and how to pause during recitation.

📖 What is Waqf?

Waqf means stopping at the end of a word while breathing, then continuing. Knowing where to stop preserves the meaning. Common stop signs in the Mushaf:

Common Waqf Signs

مـ Waqf Laazim — necessary stop

ط Waqf Mutlaq — preferred stop

ج Waqf Jaaiz — permissible to stop or continue

ز Waqf Mujawwaz — continuing is better

ص Waqf Murakhkhas — pause allowed (for breath)

لا Laa — do not stop here

∴ ∴ Mu'aanaqah — stop at one of the two dots, not both

How to stop

When stopping, the last letter is given sukoon. A taa marbuta (ة) is read as ه. Tanween fatha becomes a 2-count madd.

Example: الرَّحِيمْ رَحْمَهْ عَلِيمَا → عَلِيمَا

💡 Never stop in the middle of a word. Take a full breath and continue from a sensible point.

In the great battles of early Islam, some brave warriors would feel fear in their hearts. The swords flashed. The noise was loud. The danger was real!

But Ali? Ali would charge forward — calm, confident, and full of faith in Allah ﷻ!
🦁 Ali's bravery came from his deep trust in Allah — not from being fearless, but from having faith!

💚 The Warrior With a Gentle Heart!
Here is the most amazing thing about Ali — this same mighty warrior was incredibly kind and humble!

Ali would give his own food to the poor, even when he was hungry himself. He mended his own shoes. He bowed before Allah ﷻ in prayer for hours. 🤲
💚 Real strength is being powerful but choosing to be gentle. Ali was the bravest — and the kindest!
Page 7❤️ Everyone Loved Ali!📖 7/9
❤️ 💛 💕 💚 ❤️ 💛
❤️ Everyone Loved Ali!
Because Ali's bravery came from his pure heart — not from showing off or pride — everyone loved him deeply!

Children ran to greet him. The poor trusted him. Warriors admired him. The Prophet ﷺ loved him like his own son and called him "my brother, my friend." 💛
💖 The Prophet ﷺ said: "I am the city of knowledge and Ali is its gate." What a beautiful honour!

Page 1👧 A Very Curious Girl📖 1/9
💡 🌟 👧 💡
👧 The Most Curious Girl in All of Makkah!
In Makkah, in the home of the great companion Abu Bakr As-Siddiq رضي الله عنه, there was a little girl named Aisha رضي الله عنها.

From the very moment she could talk, Aisha was bursting with questions! ❓ Why? How? What does that mean? She soaked up knowledge like a sponge soaks up water.

Her father would smile and say: "This one, Allah made her brain for remembering!" 🌟
💡 Curiosity is one of Allah's greatest gifts! Aisha was always asking questions. The Prophet ﷺ himself said: "Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim." So never be afraid to ask "Why?" and "How?" — that's how you grow!
Page 2📚 Always Learning!📖 2/9

📚 She Studied by Lamplight Every Night!
While other children played, little Aisha would sit by the oil lamp and study. Poetry, history, medicine, genealogy — she wanted to learn EVERYTHING! 📖

The great companion Umar ibn al-Khattab رضي الله عنه said: "Aisha has corrected us more times than we can count!" 🌟

💪 The Strongest Man in Makkah!
Long ago in the city of Makkah, there lived a man named Umar ibn al-Khattab رضي الله عنه.

Umar was enormous and incredibly strong 💪. When he walked down the street, people moved out of the way! He was fierce, loud, and afraid of absolutely nothing!

But Umar had a very big problem… 😟
💛 Being strong is a gift from Allah! But the BEST strength is not muscles — it is a strong and good heart. What will YOU use your strength for?

💧 😨 I hate Islam! I will STOP it! 😡 Grrr! ⚠️ 😠 ⚠️
😠 Umar Hated Islam — He Was an Enemy!
Umar's big problem was that he hated Islam with all his energy! He was very angry at Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his followers.

He would shout, frighten people, and make Muslims feel scared 😨. Everyone ran when they heard Umar was coming! His anger was very, very strong — but it was very, very wrong.
Anger can push us to do wrong things! When YOU feel angry — stop, breathe, and say "A'udhu Billah." Don't let angry feelings control you. Always think before you act!

Umar stopped. His feet refused to move. He stood there listening… 👂
👂 Always be open to learning new things! Allah can guide anyone, any time — even through a sound, a word, or a kind action. Keep your ears AND your heart open!

A tear rolled down his big, tough face. "These words… are the truth!" he thought. 💧
💛 Listen to your heart — it can guide you to what is right! Allah put goodness inside every person. When your heart feels something is true and good, pay attention to that feeling!

The Unbreakable Faith of Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام
🌟
💛 A Story of Truth, Courage & Allah's Incredible Power 💛
Page 1🌟 A Truth-Seeking Prophet📖 1/9
The stars go away… the moon goes away… Only ALLAH stays! 💡 🌙
🌟 The Young Man Who Searched for Truth!
Long, long ago lived a young man named Ibrahim عليه السلام — Prophet Abraham! He looked at the stars, the moon, and the sun and thought carefully:

"These all disappear… so none of them can be God!"

Then he understood: there is only ONE true God — Allah ﷻ! 💡 He loved truth more than anything! 🌟
💡 Always ask questions and search for the truth! Ibrahim used his mind and heart. Allah gave us brains to THINK! Use yours to learn about Allah and always seek what is true and right!
Page 2🗿 People Worshipped Statues!📖 2/9
🗿
🗿 His People Worshipped Stone Statues!
Ibrahim's people had a big problem — they bowed down to idols! Stone and wooden statues that couldn't see, couldn't hear, and couldn't help anyone!

Ibrahim felt very sad. He asked his people: "Why do you bow to things made of stone? They can't even talk to you!" 😟

But his people didn't listen. ❌
🧠 Think about what you believe! Ibrahim used his mind. We should never just follow others blindly — always ask: "Does this please Allah?" If it doesn't, have the courage to say so!
Page 3💥 Smash! CRASH! BOOM!📖 3/9
💥 💫 💥 🪓
💥 SMASH! CRASH! He Broke Them All!
One day when everyone had left, Ibrahim took an axe and — SMASH! CRACK! CRASH! — he broke all the idols except the biggest one!

He did this to show his people a lesson: "If these idols are gods, ask the big one what happened!"

Of course the idol couldn't answer — because it was just stone! 🪨
🦁 Be brave enough to stand up for truth, even when others disagree! It takes real courage to say "this is wrong." Ask Allah to make you brave like Ibrahim when you need to speak up!
Page 4😡 They Were SO Angry!📖 4/9
😡 💢 😡 💢
😡 The People Were FURIOUS!
When the people found out, they were absolutely FURIOUS! Their faces went red. They shouted and pointed their fingers.

The king — a proud, cruel ruler — jumped up and yelled: "Throw Ibrahim into the BIGGEST fire ever built!" 🔥

But Ibrahim stayed completely calm. His trust in Allah never wavered. 🌟
🧘 When others get angry at you for doing right, stay calm! Ibrahim didn't panic. He trusted Allah. When YOU face bullies or unfair situations, breathe, trust Allah, and stay steady. You are not alone!
Page 5🔥 The BIGGEST Fire!📖 5/9
SO HOT! 🥵 🔥 🔥
🔥 The BIGGEST Fire Ever Built!
The people worked together and built a MASSIVE fire — the biggest ever seen! The flames leapt high into the sky 🔥🔥🔥.

It was SO hot that no one could even stand near it! Metal would melt. Wood would turn to ash in seconds!

Nothing could survive in that fire… or so they thought! 😏
🔥 Even the biggest problems can't beat Allah's power! The fire looked impossible to survive — but remember: NOTHING is impossible for Allah ﷻ! When something looks too big, remember Allah is bigger!
Page 6🙏 Ibrahim Trusts Allah!📖 6/9
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ "Allah is enough for me!" 🤲 💫 🙏
🙏 "Allah Is Enough for Me!" — He Trusted!
The people threw Ibrahim into the fire! And as he was falling through the air — heading straight for those giant roaring flames — Ibrahim said calmly:

"Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakeel!""Allah is enough for me — the best protector!" 🤲

His face was peaceful. His heart was steady. He was not afraid! 🌟
🤲 Say "Hasbunallah!" when you feel scared! It means "Allah is my protector!" Prophet Ibrahim said it going INTO fire. You can say it for tests, fears, or tough days. Allah is ALWAYS enough!
Page 7❄️ Allah's Amazing Command!📖 7/9
❄️ ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ Allah commanded: "O Fire — be COOL and SAFE for Ibrahim!" 🌟 ❄️ 🌟
❄️ Allah Said: "Be Cool and Safe!"
Then Allah ﷻ — the Creator of fire itself — gave the fire a direct command:

"O Fire! Be cool and safe upon Ibrahim!" 🌟

And the fire obeyed! The roaring hot flames turned cool and gentle around Ibrahim — like a cool breeze on a summer day! 🌬️

Subhan Allah! 🤩
🌊 Allah controls EVERYTHING — even fire obeys Him! The same Allah who told the fire to cool down for Ibrahim is YOUR Allah too. He is always in control. Nothing can harm you without His permission!
Page 8🎉 Walking Out Safe!📖 8/9
✅ Not even ONE burn mark! Subhanallah! 🌟 💫 🎉
🎉 He Walked Out — Not Even ONE Burn Mark!
Ibrahim walked out of the fire — completely, totally, perfectly safe!

Not a single hair singed. Not one burn mark. His clothes were fine. Even his beard was perfect! 😄

The people watching were speechless with shock and amazement! 😮 This was the power of true faith in Allah ﷻ!
🛡️ True faith gives you protection even in the hardest times! You may not walk through fire — but your IMAN (faith) protects your heart, guides your choices, and keeps you safe from harm!

🌟 🌙 12th Rabī al-Awwal, 570 CE Year of the Elephant 🐘 🌙
🌙 A Baby Born on the Most Special Night!
On a night when the stars shone brighter than anyone had ever seen, in the blessed city of Makkah, a baby boy was born to a noble woman named Aminah. 🌟

His name was Muhammad ﷺ — meaning The Praised One.

But even before he opened his eyes, something heart-breaking had already happened — his beloved father, Abdullah, had passed away before his birth. Baby Muhammad came into the world without a father to hold him. 💛
🌟 The greatest human in history started with hardship. Allah ﷻ chose Muhammad ﷺ for the greatest mission — and His plan included these tests. Your hardships are not accidents. They are part of Allah's beautiful plan for YOU too!
Page 2😢 A Very Hard Goodbye📖 2/9
🌿 🌸 💧 💧 (Allah watches) 😢 💛
😢 At Age Six — He Lost His Mother Too
When Muhammad ﷺ was only six years old, his beloved mother Aminah fell very ill on a journey home from Madinah.

She passed away at a place called Al-Abwa — leaving little Muhammad all alone in the desert, without a mother or father. 💧

A kind servant named Umm Ayman held his hand and walked him back to Makkah. The little boy cried — but even in this deep sadness, Allah ﷻ never left him alone.
💙 Allah is always with those who have lost someone. Allah ﷻ says in the Quran: "Did He not find you an orphan and give you refuge?" (93:6) If YOU feel alone or in pain — Allah sees you. He always has a plan to take care of you!
Page 3👴 A Grandfather's Love📖 3/9
🌟 💛 👴 💛
👴 Grandfather's Warmth — A New Home!
Little Muhammad's grandfather, the great Abdul Muttalib, chief of Makkah, took the orphaned boy into his own home with overflowing love. 💛

He would sit Muhammad ﷺ beside him at the most important gatherings — something he never did for his own sons — and say: "This child will be someone extraordinary!"

But when Muhammad ﷺ was only eight years old, his beloved grandfather too passed away. Yet each loss, Allah replaced with another source of care and love!
💛 Family comes in many shapes — Allah always provides! Muhammad ﷺ lost so much — yet Allah always gave him someone who loved him. Look around at the people who care for you — each one is a gift from Allah!

After the grandfather, Muhammad's ﷺ uncle Abu Talib stepped forward and took him in, treating him like his own beloved son.

When Muhammad ﷺ was just twelve years old, Abu Talib took him on a long trading journey all the way to Syria — through scorching deserts and wild roads!

Abu Talib saw something extraordinary in his nephew. He said: "I will never let this child be alone." And he kept his word — protecting Muhammad ﷺ for decades! 🛡️
🛡️ One person's loyalty can change everything! Abu Talib protected Muhammad ﷺ when the whole world seemed against him. Be that one loyal friend, that one caring person — your loyalty can change someone's entire life!

As Muhammad ﷺ grew up, something remarkable happened. The people of Makkah — even those who didn't believe in his message later — gave him a beautiful title: الأمين — Al-Amin — The Trustworthy One! 🌟

He never lied, never cheated, never took what wasn't his. People left their most precious valuables at his home for safekeeping — because everyone knew: if Muhammad has it, it's safe.

His honesty was his crown — earned by his own character, not by his family name!
🤝 Your reputation is built one honest choice at a time! The whole city trusted Muhammad ﷺ because of how he behaved every single day. Every time YOU choose honesty — even when it's hard — you build your own beautiful reputation!

🌟 اقْرَأْ IQRA! READ! — Surah 96:1 🌟 📖
🌟 "IQRA!" — Read! — The Night Everything Changed!
Muhammad ﷺ was forty years old, quietly praying alone in the Cave of Hira on Jabal al-Nur — the Mountain of Light — when the Angel Jibreel عليه السلام appeared!

The angel said one word: اقْرَأْ — IQRA! — READ! 📖

This was the first verse of the Quran — and the beginning of his prophetic mission. The orphan boy who had no father to teach him, was now chosen by Allah ﷻ to teach the entire world! 🌍
📖 "Read!" — the very first word Allah revealed to humanity! The Quran began with the command to READ. This shows: Islam celebrates learning and knowledge above all. Pick up your book, your pen, your Quran — and READ like your Prophet ﷺ was told to!
Page 7❤️ Mercy for the Whole World!📖 7/9
❤️ 💛 🌟 رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ Mercy for all worlds ﷺ ❤️ 🌍
❤️ "A Mercy for All the Worlds!" — Quran 21:107
Despite every hardship — losing parents, being mocked, stones thrown at him in Ta'if, people hurting his companions — Muhammad ﷺ never lost his kindness. Never. Not once.

He said: "The best of you are those best in character." 💛

He fed the hungry, freed enslaved people, was gentle with children, kind to animals, and even prayed for those who hurt him. The whole world had never seen mercy like his — and Allah named him Mercy for all Worlds! 🌍
❤️ Hardship could not take away his kindness — and it can't take yours either! No matter what happened to Muhammad ﷺ, his heart stayed soft. When people are cruel to you, be the one who stays kind — that is the true strength of our Prophet!

🏆 The Orphan Boy — Greatest Human Who Ever Lived!
The little boy who had no father, no mother, no wealth — grew up to become the most influential, most loved, most studied human being in all of history! 🌟

Over 2 billion Muslims love and follow him today. His name is called in the Azan five times every day across the whole world, from every continent! 🌍

From orphan — to the Seal of all Prophets, Leader of all humanity, and Mercy for all worlds.
🌟 Never define yourself by what you lack — define yourself by your character! Muhammad ﷺ had no parents, no wealth, no army at first. But he had patience, honesty, and complete trust in Allah. That was enough to change the world forever!
Page 9🌟 Big Lessons!📖 9/9

🌟 A Prophet Who Cared for Everyone!
Long, long ago in the land of Egypt, there was a great prophet named Musa عليه السلام — we call him Prophet Moses!

Allah ﷻ chose Prophet Moses to speak the truth and to help his people who were suffering and sad. He loved and cared for every single person! ❤️
💛 Care about the people around you! When we help others and stand up for what is right, Allah is happy with us. Be kind like Prophet Moses!

😠 The Mean and Proud Firawn!
Egypt had a very mean and very proud ruler called Firawn. He thought he was the most important person in the world!

He was cruel to Musa's people, made them work very hard, and said "I am the greatest!" — but he was completely wrong. Only Allah ﷻ is the Greatest! 🚫
🚫 NEVER be mean, bossy, or bully others! Firawn was proud and cruel — and he was very wrong. Allah does not like those who hurt others or show off. Always be humble!
Page 3🏃 We Must Go!📖 3/9
👉 👣 👣 👣 🏃
🏃 "Follow Me — We Are Going to Freedom!"
Allah ﷻ told Prophet Moses to lead his people out of Egypt to a safe place. So Moses stood up and said bravely, "Follow me! Allah will protect us!"

Hundreds and hundreds of people — men, women, and children — all walked together behind their brave prophet! 👣
🦁 Be brave and be a good leader! Leaders help others, not themselves. When you see someone being treated unfairly, speak up kindly — just like Prophet Moses!

And behind them? Firawn's angry soldiers were chasing fast with horses and swords!

The sea was in front. The enemies were behind. There was nowhere to go! 🌊⚔️
🌊 Sometimes in life we feel STUCK and don't know what to do. That is okay! It is in those moments that we learn to turn to Allah — because He ALWAYS has a way out!

The people began to cry and panic! They shouted: "We are going to die! There is no way out!"

Some were shaking. Some were crying. Children were holding their mums very tight 🤗. Everyone was terrified — everyone… except Prophet Moses! 🌟
💜 It is okay to feel scared — even grown-ups do! But we must never give up hope. Allah is ALWAYS bigger than our problems. No problem is too big for Allah ﷻ!

While everyone was panicking, Prophet Moses stood calm and strong like a mountain! He raised his hands and said:

"Indeed, my Lord is with me — He will guide me!"

He had complete and total trust in Allah ﷻ! That trust is called Tawakkul! 💙
🤲 Tawakkul means trusting Allah completely! When things go wrong, say: "I trust You, Allah!" and truly believe it. Allah NEVER lets down those who trust Him!

✨ WHOOOOSH! The Sea Splits OPEN!
Allah ﷻ told Moses: "Strike the sea with your staff!"

Moses did exactly what Allah said — and WHOOOOSH! The mighty sea split apart! Two giant walls of water rose up on each side — and a dry path appeared right in the middle! 🌊🌊

It was the most incredible miracle anyone had ever seen! 🤩
When Allah says "Be!" — it IS! Allah can do ANYTHING. His power has no limit. Always trust that Allah's plan is the best plan!

Everyone walked through the dry path — safely, between the two giant walls of water! They could even see the fish swimming in the walls! 🐟

When they all crossed safely, Firawn tried to follow — and CRASH! The sea came crashing back! Allah ﷻ had saved them! 🎉

Alhamdulillah! 🤲
💙 Be GRATEFUL when Allah helps you! Say "Alhamdulillah!" — Thank You, Allah! — for big things AND small things every single day. Gratitude makes Allah give you even more blessings!

Page 1😈 A Very Dangerous Plan!📖 1/9
⚔️ "Kill Muhammad tonight — one man from each tribe! No one can blame us all!" ⚠️ ⚠️ 😈 ⚔️
😈 The Enemies Gathered to Plan Something Terrible!
The leaders of Makkah were furious at the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his growing number of followers. They gathered in their council hall — Dar al-Nadwa — and made a wicked plan. 😈

Their plan: send one young warrior from EVERY tribe to attack the Prophet ﷺ all at once, so no single family could be blamed!

The plot was set for that very night. The Prophet ﷺ had to leave Makkah immediately — or face something terrible!
When danger comes, have a wise plan and trust Allah! The Prophet ﷺ didn't panic. He calmly made a plan — and put his complete trust in Allah ﷻ. When YOU face something scary, breathe, make a plan, and say: "Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakeel!"
Page 2🌙 Escaping Into the Night!📖 2/9
🌙 👣
🌙 Into the Darkness — The Great Hijra Begins!
Allah ﷻ told the Prophet ﷺ of the plot. That night, the Prophet ﷺ calmly walked out of his house — the assassins were already waiting outside — but Allah ﷻ made them unable to see him! 🌟

He went straight to the home of his most devoted friend, Abu Bakr As-Siddiq رضي الله عنه, who had been waiting and weeping with hope, saying: "I've been waiting for you, O Messenger of Allah!"

Together, under the cover of night, they slipped out of Makkah — heading south.
🌙 True friendship means being there in the hardest moments! Abu Bakr had been prepared — camels ready, supplies packed — because he BELIEVED. When your friend needs you, be like Abu Bakr — already prepared to help before they even ask!
Page 3⛰️ Inside the Dark Cave!📖 3/9
⛰️ Cave of Thawr Jabal Thawr, South of Makkah ⛰️ 🌙
⛰️ They Hid in the Cave of Thawr!
They climbed the rocky mountain — Jabal Thawr — in the darkness. It was a hard, steep climb in the middle of the night! 🌙

They found a small, dark cave called Thawr near the top. Before entering, Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه rushed in first to check for snakes and scorpions, blocking any dangerous holes with pieces of his own clothing to protect the Prophet ﷺ!

They settled deep inside. They would stay hidden here for THREE days — while the Meccan army searched everywhere for them!
⛰️ Sacrifice for those you love is one of the greatest things! Abu Bakr put his own body in danger to protect the Prophet ﷺ. Is there someone in YOUR life you would sacrifice for? That love is what Islam is all about!
Page 4🕷️ The Tiny Hero!📖 4/9
🕷️
🕷️ A Tiny Spider Does Something AMAZING!
While the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه were inside the cave, Allah ﷻ sent His smallest soldiers to help.

A tiny spider began spinning her web — back and forth, thread by thread — across the entire entrance of the cave! 🕸️

The web was delicate but covered the whole opening, hanging with tiny glistening dewdrops. To anyone passing by, it looked like nobody had entered that cave in years. The smallest creature doing the greatest job!
🕷️ Never underestimate the small and the humble! The spider had no sword, no army — just her silk and her obedience to Allah. YOU don't need to be big or powerful to do great things. Your small kind acts can change everything!
Page 5🐦 And Then the Birds!📖 5/9
🕸️ Spider's web — covering the entrance! 🐦 Birds' nest — "Nobody here!" 🐦 🕸️
🐦 Then Allah Sent the Birds!
Allah's protection didn't stop with one miracle. Next, two doves flew in and built a nest right at the entrance of the cave — sitting on their eggs as if they had been there for weeks! 🐦🥚

Now the entrance had two signs of complete undisturbed peace: an ancient spider's web AND a mother bird quietly nesting.

Any searching soldier would think: "Nobody has entered here — the web and nest are intact!" And they would be right — because Allah's protection is always complete! 🌟
🐦 Allah's help can come from ANY direction! He used a spider AND birds — two completely different creatures. Allah's help for you might come in ways you never expected — a kind stranger, an unexpected answer, a door opening where you saw only walls!
Page 6😰 The Enemy is HERE!📖 6/9
"The web and nest are untouched! Nobody could be in there!" 😰 ⚔️
😰 The Soldiers Are RIGHT THERE at the Cave!
The Meccan army was HUGE — and they were offering a reward of 100 camels to anyone who found the Prophet ﷺ! 🐪🐪

They searched everywhere — mountain paths, valleys, caves. And then — they reached the Cave of Thawr.

The soldiers climbed up. They came so close that Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه whispered to the Prophet ﷺ: "If any one of them looks at their feet, they will see us!" The danger had never been more real. 😰
😰 Even in the most terrifying moment — Allah is present! The soldiers were so close. But look at what happened next — this is the most important lesson of all! Allah's plan was already in place, even before the danger arrived. Trust His timing!

💛 The Most Beautiful Words Ever Spoken in a Cave!
Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه was trembling with fear — not for himself, but for the Prophet ﷺ. He whispered: "O Messenger of Allah, I fear for you!" 😢

And then the Prophet ﷺ, completely calm, placed his hand gently on Abu Bakr's shoulder and said the words that became immortal in the Quran:

"لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَنَا"
"Do not grieve — indeed Allah is with us." 💛

And just like that, peace filled the cave.
💛 "La tahzan — Do not grieve! Allah is with us!" These words are for YOU too! When you feel scared, lonely, or overwhelmed — say this. Write it on your heart. Allah ﷻ is WITH you — right now, wherever you are!
Page 8🎉 Allah's Plan Works!📖 8/9
"Nobody entered this cave — the web and nest are untouched!" ← They walk away! 🚶 🌟 🎉 🌟

One soldier climbed up to the very entrance of the cave. He was about to look inside when he stopped and said:

"This cave has a spider's web and a birds' nest at its entrance — nobody could have gone in without disturbing them. There is no one here!" 🕸️🐦

The soldiers left. All of them. The Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه were completely safe! 🌟 They then journeyed safely to Madinah — and history was changed forever!
🕸️ Allah's protection is beyond all human logic! An army of hundreds was defeated by ONE spider. No weapon, no wall — just a web! Allah's miracles don't have to be huge earthquakes. They can be a single thread of silk. 🌟

Prophet Yusuf's Amazing Story — عليه السلام
👑
💛 A Story of Patience, Trust in Allah & a Glorious Destiny 💛
Page 1👨‍👧‍👦 A Beloved Son📖 1/9
☀️ 🌙 👑
👨‍👧‍👦 Prophet Yaqub's Most Beloved Son!
Long ago in the land of Canaan, there lived a great Prophet named Yaqub عليه السلام. He had twelve sons — but his most beloved was the youngest: Yusuf عليه السلام! 🌟

Yusuf was extraordinarily kind, handsome, and wise. One night, he told his father about a wonderful dream — eleven stars, the sun, and the moon were all bowing to him! ⭐🌙☀️

His father smiled and whispered: "Keep this dream secret, my son. Allah has great plans for you!"
Dreams can be messages from Allah! Yusuf's dream was a sign of his glorious future. When YOU have a good dream, say Alhamdulillah — and trust that Allah has wonderful plans for your life too!
Page 2🌈 A Very Special Gift📖 2/9
🌈 🌈
🌈 The Most Beautiful Coat Ever Made!
Prophet Yaqub عليه السلام loved Yusuf so much that he gave him the most spectacular, dazzling rainbow-coloured coat in all the land! 🌈

Every colour of the rainbow danced across it — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet — and it shimmered with golden light!

When Yusuf wore it, he looked like a prince of the heavens! 👑 Everyone who saw the coat gasped in amazement!
🌈 Beautiful gifts come with responsibility! Allah blesses us with things — good looks, talents, wealth — not to show off, but to be grateful and kind. Yusuf's coat was a test as much as a gift!
Page 3😠 Green with Jealousy!📖 3/9
😤 💢 😠 😠 💢
😠 The Brothers Were BURNING with Jealousy!
When Yusuf's eleven brothers saw the beautiful coat, their hearts filled with dark, burning jealousy! 😤

They began whispering to each other: "Father loves Yusuf MORE than us! It's not fair!"

Instead of talking to their father about their feelings, they made a terrible, terrible plan — to get rid of Yusuf forever! 😢

Jealousy is like poison — it hurts the one who feels it most!
🧠 Jealousy steals your happiness! The brothers felt so miserable because of jealousy. When you feel jealous, try saying: "MashaAllah! Allah gives everyone what is best for them. My blessings are coming too!"
Page 4😱 Into the Darkness!📖 4/9
💧 💧 (Allah sees all) 😱 🌟
😱 They Threw Him Into a Dark Well!
The brothers tricked Yusuf into coming with them to the fields. Then — without warning — they grabbed him and threw him into a deep, dark well! 😱

They took his beautiful rainbow coat and dipped it in animal blood to trick their father into thinking a wolf had eaten him.

Yusuf was alone in the darkness, scared and cold. But he never stopped trusting Allah ﷻ. He kept making dua. A tiny star of hope shone in his heart! ⭐
💙 Even in the darkest moments, Allah is with you! Yusuf was in a well — but Allah was watching. When YOU feel alone or scared, make dua. Allah is closer to you than your own heartbeat!

☀️ 🐪 🌅
🐪 Sold and Taken Far Away to Egypt!
A passing caravan of merchants found Yusuf in the well and pulled him out. But instead of freeing him, they sold him as a slave for just a few silver coins! 😔

Yusuf was taken far, far away to the land of Egypt — away from his beloved father, away from his home.

But even on this long, sad journey, Yusuf kept his heart clean. He made dua. He trusted. He knew: if Allah brought me this far, Allah has a plan! ☀️
🌅 Trust Allah's journey — even the detours! Yusuf's path to his amazing destiny went through a well and slavery. YOUR path might have hard parts too. But remember: every difficulty is a stepping stone Allah placed for you!
Page 6🔒 Patient Behind Bars📖 6/9
🔒 🌙
🔒 In Prison — But Still Praising Allah!
Years passed. Yusuf worked in the palace of a great Egyptian nobleman. But because of an unfair lie, poor Yusuf was thrown into prison!

Any ordinary person would have given up. But Yusuf عليه السلام was extraordinary. In prison he prayed, helped others, and never lost his smile. 🌙

He even helped his fellow prisoners interpret their dreams! His faith shone like the moon in even the darkest cell.
🌙 Stay good no matter where you are! Yusuf was the kindest, most helpful person even inside a prison! Being a good Muslim isn't just about the easy times — it's about who you are when things are HARD.

The mighty King of Egypt had a very strange dream — seven fat cows eaten by seven thin cows! Seven green wheat ears and seven dry ones! 🐄🌾

No one in Egypt could explain it — until someone remembered: "There's a wise young man in prison named Yusuf!"

Yusuf explained: "Seven good harvest years are coming, then seven years of famine. Save the grain NOW!" 💡

The King was AMAZED! He immediately freed Yusuf!
💡 Your knowledge is a gift from Allah — use it to help others! Yusuf's wisdom saved an entire country from starvation. The knowledge YOU learn in school, Quran class, everywhere — it's your gift to help the world!

👑 From the Well to the Throne of Egypt!
The King was so impressed with Yusuf's wisdom that he declared: "From today, you will be in charge of ALL the food and treasury of Egypt!" 👑

Yusuf — once a child thrown into a well, once a slave, once in prison — was now the most powerful man in all of Egypt! 🌟

Just as Allah had shown him in his childhood dream — the sun, moon, and stars had bowed to him. Allah's plan had been perfect all along! ⭐☀️🌙
👑 Patience + Faith + Good Deeds = Allah's glorious reward! Yusuf went from WELL to THRONE. Every test you pass with faith takes you one step higher. Keep going — your throne is coming!
Page 9🌟 Big Lessons!📖 9/9

👑 Good things ARE coming — Allah's plan is always beautiful!
🌈 "Even when bad things happen, good things are coming!"
Yusuf went from a well to a throne — and YOUR rainbow is coming too! 👑🌟

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى بَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ
Bismillāhi wa 'alā barakatillāh
"In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah I begin (eating)"
📚 Al-Mustadrak — Al-Hakim
Short Version — Also Correct!
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillāh
"In the name of Allah"
If you are in a hurry, saying just Bismillah is enough — it is the most important part. The Prophet ﷺ said: "When one of you eats, let him mention the name of Allah." 🤲

😲 Forgot to Say Bismillah?
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ
Bismillāhi awwalahu wa ākhirah
"In the name of Allah, at its beginning and at its end"
If you forgot at the start — say this in the middle of eating! By not saying Bismillah, Shaytan has a chance to share in your food. But when you remember and say this, Shaytan spits out everything he ate! 😤 So it's never too late! 🎉

🌿 Why say Alhamdulillah after eating?
When you say Alḥamdulillāh after finishing your food, you thank Allah for every single bite He gave you 🍚 The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allah is pleased with His servant who praises Him after eating and after drinking." 🌟 So Alhamdulillah wipes away any mistakes and fills the meal with barakah from start to finish! ❤️

(بِسْمِ اللَّهِ) اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
(Bismillāh) Allāhumma innī a'ūdhu bika minal-khubthi wal-khabā'ith
"(In the name of Allah) O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female evil spirits (devils)"
📚 Sahih Al-Bukhari 142 · Sahih Muslim 375
🛡️ Why say this dua?
The toilet is a place where evil jinns and shayateen like to live 😈 By saying this dua before entering, you are asking Allah to put a protective shield around you — so no evil spirit can harm you or see you! 🛡️ It is like putting on invisible armour every single time. The Prophet ﷺ never entered a toilet without saying this first!
📚 Sahih Al-Bukhari 142
⚠️
⚠️ Important — Say it BEFORE going in!
The Prophet ﷺ said to say Bismillah before entering — while you are still outside the door. Once you step inside, it is no longer appropriate to say Allah's name aloud. So pause at the door, say the dua, then step in with your left foot first! 🦶
🌿
Dua After Leaving the Toilet
غُفْرَانَكَ
Ghufrānaka
"I seek Your forgiveness"
📚 Abu Dawud 30 · Tirmidhi 7 · Ibn Majah 300 — Sahih
💛 Why do we say Ghufrānak?
Aisha رضي الله عنها reported that whenever the Prophet ﷺ came out of the toilet, he would say Ghufrānaka — "I seek Your forgiveness!" 🌿 Scholars explain this is because the body just released impurity, so the soul turns straight to Allah asking to be spiritually clean too. It is a beautiful reminder that Allah purifies both body and soul together. ❤️
📚 Abu Dawud 30 — Sahih

Make sure you are fully clean — purity is half of faith in Islam 💧
💧
7
Exit with RIGHT foot first
Step out with your right foot — you are returning to a clean, blessed place 🌟

Say Ghufrānaka after exiting
غُفْرَانَكَ — the very first word after leaving, seeking Allah's forgiveness 🌿

Exit with your right foot — stepping back into the clean pure world 🌟
📵
No phone inside

🤫
Silence inside
The Prophet ﷺ disliked speaking in the toilet — be quick and silent 🤐
🚫
Don't face Qibla
Do not face or turn your back to the Qibla (Mecca direction) while using the toilet
💧
Water over stones
Use water for istinja — the Prophet ﷺ said water is better for cleaning than dry material
🌾
Don't urinate standing
The Prophet ﷺ preferred to sit — if standing, guard against any splashing on clothes
🧼
Wash hands after
Always wash hands thoroughly with soap — cleanliness is a sign of strong imaan 🌿
😈 The Dua blocks Shaytan!
The Prophet ﷺ said: "A cover between the eyes of the jinn and the private parts of the children of Adam when one of them enters the toilet is to say Bismillah." 🛡️ So the moment you say the dua at the door — Allah puts up an invisible curtain that no evil jinn can see through! You are completely protected inside. SubhanAllah! 😇
📚 Ibn Majah 297 — Sahih
💦 Don't forget Wudu after!
After using the toilet your wudu is broken 💔 Make sure to make wudu again before Salah. Salah without wudu is not accepted — so go straight to the sink after saying Ghufrānaka! 💧 Keep that purity shining! ✨

"In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. There is no power and no strength except with Allah"
📚 Abu Dawud 5095 · Tirmidhi 3426 — Sahih
🌿 Why do we say these duas?
When you say Bismillah at the door, you invite barakah (blessings) into your home and shaytan cannot enter with you! 🏠✨ The Prophet ﷺ said: when a man enters his home and mentions the name of Allah upon entering and upon eating, Shaytan says — "there is no lodging for you here and no dinner!" 😤 And when you leave, saying Tawakkaltu 'alallāh means you trust Allah completely to keep you safe outside. He is always with you! 🤲
📚 Sahih Muslim 2018
👋
✨ Also say Salaam when you enter!
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
As-salāmu 'alaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuh
"Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you"

😇 Did you know? The Angels reply!
The Prophet ﷺ said: when you enter an empty house, say Assalamu Alaykum — and the angels in the house will reply back to your Salaam! 🌟 Your home is never truly empty when Allah's name is remembered inside it. Keep saying Bismillah, keep saying Salaam, and watch the barakah fill your home! 🏡💚
📚 Abu Dawud 5095
😤 Shaytan is BLOCKED!
Imam Muslim reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: when a person enters his home and mentions Allah's name on entering and eating, Shaytan says to his followers: "No lodging for you tonight, no dinner!" 🚫 But if someone forgets the entering dua, shaytan says: "You have found a place to spend the night!" 😱 So never forget — Bismillah is your shield! 🛡️

Dua When Entering the Mosque
اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Allāhumma iftaḥ lī abwāba raḥmatik
"O Allah, open the gates of Your mercy for me"
📚 Sahih Muslim 713
💚 Why say this when entering?
The mosque is the House of Allah on earth 🌟 When you step inside, you are entering Allah's own home — so you ask Him to open the doors of His mercy for you! Every time you enter the masjid asking for mercy, Allah showers you with His blessings. The Prophet ﷺ said: the mosques are the houses of Allah, and those who visit them are Allah's guests! 😇

Dua When Leaving the Mosque
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ
Allāhumma innī as'aluka min faḍlik
"O Allah, I ask of You from Your bounty and grace"
📚 Sahih Muslim 713
🌟 Why ask for fadl when leaving?
When you leave the mosque, you are going back into the dunya (world) — to school, work, or play. So you ask Allah to give you from His fadl — His bounty and provisions — as you go back out! It is a beautiful reminder that everything you earn, every rizq you get, every blessing in your daily life — all of it comes from Allah's fadl. In = mercy 💚 Out = fadl 🌟
📿
📿 Also — Send Salawat at the Door
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
Allāhumma ṣalli 'alā Muḥammad
"O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad ﷺ"
The Prophet ﷺ said: when you enter the mosque, send salawat upon him — then say the entering dua. When you leave — say the leaving dua first, then send salawat! Your visit to the masjid starts and ends with love for the Prophet ﷺ 💚

💙 Why is water so special in Islam?
Allah says in the Quran: "And We made from water every living thing" 🌊 Water is one of the greatest blessings of Allah — without it, nothing on earth could survive! The after-drinking dua reminds us that if it were not for Allah's mercy, our water could be salty and undrinkable because of our sins. Every clean sip is a direct gift from Allah to us! 💙

Say Alhamdulillah loud enough for those nearby to hear — that is how they know to reply
💚
Always reply kindly
It is wajib (obligatory) to say Yarhamukallah when you hear Alhamdulillah — don't ignore it!
🧴
Wash hands after
Wash or sanitise hands after sneezing — keeping others healthy is an act of ibadah too
🙏
Don't say "bless you"
A Muslim says Yarhamukallah — not "bless you" — our words carry the name of Allah! ✨
🌟 Did You Know?
The Prophet ﷺ said: "When any one of you sneezes, let him say Alhamdulillah, and his brother or companion should say to him Yarhamukallah." 💚 This tiny exchange is actually a dua (prayer) for each other! You are asking Allah to show mercy to your friend — and your friend is asking Allah to guide you. Every sneeze becomes a moment of brotherhood and love! SubhanAllah 😍
📚 Sahih Al-Bukhari 6224
😴 Sneezing vs Yawning
🤧
Sneezing
Allah loves it — say Alhamdulillah! It clears the body 🌟
😮‍💨
Yawning
From Shaytan — suppress it & cover your mouth! 🤐

🪜 Islamic Adab for Kids

Going Up & Down Stairs 🪜

Allahu Akbar · SubhanAllah · Dhikr · Adab

GOING UP GOING DOWN اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ
⬆️
When Going UP — Say:
اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Allāhu Akbar
"Allah is the Greatest"
📚 Sahih Al-Bukhari 2993 · Sahih Muslim 1342
💛 Why Allahu Akbar when going UP?
When you go up something — a stair, a hill, a mountain — you are rising higher. And the highest of all things is Allah! 🌟 So saying Allahu Akbar reminds your heart that no matter how high you go, Allah is ALWAYS greater! You are never above anyone or anything — only Allah is Al-Akbar! It is a beautiful lesson in humility every single step up 🏔️
⬇️
When Going DOWN — Say:
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ
Subḥānallāh
"Glory be to Allah"
📚 Sahih Al-Bukhari 2993 · Sahih Muslim 1342
💙 Why SubhanAllah when going DOWN?
When you go down, you say SubhanAllah — "Glory be to Allah!" This means Allah is completely perfect and free from any weakness or fault. As you descend, it reminds you to glorify Allah in all states — high or low, up or down, in ease or difficulty. Your tongue is always busy with His remembrance! 🌊

"Glory be to Him who has subjected this to us, and we were not able to do so"
📚 Quran 43:13 · Abu Dawud 2602 — Say when boarding any vehicle
🌟 Every Step is Dhikr!
The Prophet ﷺ showed us how to turn even walking up and down stairs into worship! Imagine — you go up 20 steps to your flat and down 20 steps, that is 40 times of Allahu Akbar and SubhanAllah every single day just from stairs! 🔢 A Muslim's whole life — even the smallest movements — become ibadah with the right dhikr. This is the beauty of Islam! 💛
